Don’t cheat, it will only make matters worse and it will totally destroy your self esteem. Cheating will only make you feel guilty and veil the feelings you had before you cheated. Another way of putting it is when you start disliking your partner and then cheat, the feelings that you have afterward become misguided. You start thinking about only the good in them and how great they were and how horrible it was for you to cheat. You will totally lose the train of thought of why you cheated in the first place.
